I’ve had support teams get back to me faster in the past, so the wait here felt a bit longer than expected. They did respond eventually and helped me out, but it wasn’t exactly quick.

I ordered some labels from Brady Safety, and overall they were usable, but the print quality didn’t quite impress me. From a normal distance they look fine, but if you get close, some of the smaller text looks a little fuzzy instead of crisp.
For basic labeling, they’ll do the job, and the colors came out alright. I just feel like for the price, it’s reasonable to expect a cleaner print. Not a terrible experience, but not something I’d call great either

I was surprised by how simple it was to customize the labels. The options were easy to figure out, and I didn’t have to spend much time messing around. Then suddenly I was like, wait, this is actually really nice. Worked great for what I needed.

I felt a little pressured at first because I needed to get things done quickly and couldn’t find the right menus right away. Once I figured out where everything was, though, the software was easy to use and worked well.

The box itself was sturdy, there was plenty of padding inside, and the tape was done properly too, so it didn’t feel like anything was going to pop open in transit or arrive half-damaged. Everything felt secure, maybe even extra secure.
The only thing that made me pause a little was that it seemed like a lot of packaging for a small order. Not a huge deal at all, and I’d rather have too much protection than not enough, but that’s basically why I’d call it 4 stars instead of 5.

It’s not perfect, and the setup experience did chip away at my trust a bit, but it’s been reliable enough that I’d still consider buying from them again.

The instructions were clear. Easy enough. I didn’t really get confused at any point.
